The Yahoo groups will let you integrate htm and pictures, so if you are into the whole package, go for a Yahoo Group.

stopped posting or the spammers began to trash your group.. I feel your pain.
If you are an Egyptology group owner and have been trashed by the spammers,
members post on endless off topic things or just stop posting there are hundreds
of such groups on the internet.
